Glory Global Solutions in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to service high-speed cash-handling equipment on-site across the local territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain systems at customer sites, with a focus on rapid response and customer satisfaction.

Requires a valid driver’s license, strong electro-mechanical skills, and excellent communication. Compensation is $20.00–$27.00 per hour with a 10% shift differential on 2nd shift, and 4x10 Thursday–Sunday

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or down system scenarios.
• Complete installations and hardware/software upgrades as required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training.
