Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience with a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and read schematics.
• Strong time-management and reliability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be active on-site for the majority of the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients; ensure devices are working correctly and service is top-notch.
• Apply electro-mechanical skills to repair devices; Xerox provides training.
• Meet productivity goals: 5 service calls per day, 50% first-time fix rate, 2–4 hour response window, minimize parts costs.
