Alliance North America Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across North America. Based in Canada, you will travel up to 80% while installing, training, and servicing generators, air compressors, and related equipment.

This role reports to the National Service Manager and operates on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will diagnose problems, perform on-site repairs, provide training, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on field service, equipment maintenance, or related technical role.
• Trade school certification or technical training with a focus on engines, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
