The role reports to the National Service Manager and requires 2+ years in field service, plus technical training. Customer interaction and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on field service or related technical role.
• Trade school or technical training in engines/mechanical systems preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
• Strong problem-solving for on-site diagnostics and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repairs and training for customers.
• Safely operate ANA service vehicles and provide installation.
• Travel up to 80% across North America.
• Collaborate with engineering for product improvements.
• Maintain professional customer relations and documentation.
• Provide timely issue resolution and keep training materials current.
