Job summary

ANA, headquartered in Henderson, NV, is hiring a Field Service Technician for a remote/on-the-road role covering the East Coast US territory. You will repair and train customers on ANA generators, air compressors, and related equipment, with up to 80% travel across North America.

8+ hour days, weekday schedule, and reporting to the National Service and Training Manager. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in field service or related tech roles, with coursework or degree in mechanical tech, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years field service, equipment maintenance, or related technical role.
• Trade school certification or technical training preferred, or engineering degree.
• Reading and interpreting manuals, schematics, and service docs.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostics in the field.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties safely per company policies.
• Safely operate ANA service vehicles and travel up to 80%.
• Install and train customers on generators, air compressors, equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair in the field promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and document with notes and reports.
• Provide superior customer service and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current on ANA products and participate in training.
• Collaborate with engineering for product improvements.
