Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Northeast region and remote customers. You will diagnose, repair, and quote service on diesel-driven compressors, generators, and tools, traveling extensively to customer sites.

You will act as the primary company representative, translating technical issues into business impact, and proactively selling maintenance and repair services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with minimum 3 years of service experience on major equipment.
• Experience diagnosing electronic engine faults and performing field repairs.
• Ability to read service manuals and interpret fault codes.
• Valid driver's license required; forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel-driven compressors, generators, and tools.
• Read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and fault codes.
• Present and quote service work directly to customers and close opportunities.
• Travel extensively to customer locations (up to 80%); deliver safe, OEM-standard repairs.
