Job summary

Alliance North America is seeking a Field Service Technician to support repairs and training for our generators, air compressors, and related equipment. This remote/on-the-road role requires frequent travel across North America and a focus on safe, effective service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in field service, a technical background, and strong customer-facing communication skills. OSHA-aware practices and a commitment to ANA's core values are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in field service, equipment maintenance, or similar technical role.
• Trade school certification or technical training focused on engines or industrial equipment, or a related degree.
• Working knowledge of mechanical + basic electrical systems and diagnostics.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and training services for generators, air compressors, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues efficiently in the field.
• Travel up to 80% across North America to support customers.
• Communicate findings and documentation using work computer and phone.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide superior customer service.
