Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
• 3+ years of compressor maintenance or related industry experience.
• Caterpillar G3600/G3500 natural gas engine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs activities per Kodiak procedures and objectives.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose compressor system failures.
• Optimize compression equipment performance.
• Completes required reports per operating procedures.
• Analyzes parts and communicates with Supply Chain for parts availability.
• Prioritize repair work under competing demands.
• Assess repair/replacement needs and identify best solution.
• Perform inspections and maintenance to ensure unit health.
