Qualifications

• 3+ years of compressor maintenance or related industry experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot compressor system failures and optimize performance.
• Coordinate activities with Kodiak's procedures and communicate with Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Complete reports per operating procedures/policies.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure unit health.
