Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: OEM, Trade School or 2+ years comparable work experience.
• Successful completion of Kodiak's Short Service Employee program.
• 3+ years of compression process, production, and equipment related experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and performs job activities according to Kodiak's procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Communicates effectively with Supply Chain regarding job parts and inventory.
