Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience in forklift or equipment repair.
• Effective communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to understand service manuals and schematics.
• Ability to safely operate power tools, lifts, hoists and overhead cranes.

Responsibilities

• Promote goodwill and accountability between company and customer.
• Perform shop repairs and maintenance as directed.
• Meet or exceed quoted repair times.
• Diagnose equipment problems and recommend repair actions.
• Document each service repair clearly and neatly.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area and company vehicle if assigned.
