Job summary

Cisco-Eagle is hiring a Field Service Technician to join our San Antonio, TX team. This role focuses on hands-on maintenance and repair of material handling equipment at customer sites, with on-call requirements and occasional overnight travel.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, communicate with customers, and complete required documentation. The role supports ESOP benefits and a strong team network.

Qualifications

• Field service experience required; troubleshoot equipment in the field.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; 220VAC and 24VDC preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer equipment at locations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems including motors and sensors.
• Identify parts and materials needed for service and assist procurement.
• Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after service work.
• Complete work orders, forms, POs, timecards, and documentation on time.
• Maintain company service vehicle and gear.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour service line.
• Assist with installations of new and used material handling systems.
