Job summary

Cisco-Eagle is seeking a Field Service Technician in Oklahoma City, OK. This hands-on role requires troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment, working independently in the field, and providing professional communication with customers to ensure timely, quality service.

You will perform maintenance, identify required parts, and coordinate procurement while traveling to customer locations as needed and supporting a 24-hour service line on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Field service experience with customers and troubleshooting equipment in the field.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial or material handling equipment.
• Welding experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems including motors, photo eyes, limit switches, E-stops, and related components.
• Identify parts and materials needed for service and help coordinate procurement.
