Ecolab is hiring a Field Service Technician to support Institutional customers in the Detroit, MI area. You will install, service, and maintain warewashing and related equipment, traveling across the market to ensure top-tier customer programs and brand standards.

This field-based role offers paid training, a company vehicle for business use, and a benefits package designed to support your health and financial security. Overnight hours and emergency call coverage may be required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintaining, troubleshooting, installing equipment).
• Current valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and experience.
