Responsibilities include ownership of your territory, performing preventative maintenance, documenting service activity, and upholding safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving policy requirements.
• 0–2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools and diagnostic devices (multimeter, voltmeter).
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems on Tennant products and similar models.
• Own your territory—plan daily schedule and contact customers to schedule service activities with clear communication on expectations and timelines.
• Create and maintain records of all service activities and reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle, tools, parts, inventory, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support success.
