• Perform preventative maintenance and repair mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems on Tennant products or similar models.
• Own your territory; plan daily schedule and communicate timelines with customers.
• Create and maintain service activity records and reporting docs.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, parts and equipment clean/organized.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with sales/service teams to support customer success.
