Zusammenfassung

Tennant Company is seeking a Field Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain Tennant equipment at customer sites across the region. You will manage a daily schedule, communicate effectively with customers on service timelines, and ensure quality workmanship while complying with safety standards.

The role requires hands-on repair experience, the ability to troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing engines (LP, Diesel, or Gas).
• Experience repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostic devices, and basic PC usage (MS Office and email).

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine issues.
• Own your territory and plan daily schedule, contacting customers to schedule service activities.
• Create and maintain records of all service activities and business reporting documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of company vehicle, tools, parts, inventory and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and utilize proper PPE.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, technical assistance, field service support, and other technicians.
