Job summary

TEC Equipment Rental is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair, diagnose, inspect, and maintain our aerial and earth-moving equipment, primarily for rentals and customer-owned assets. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and reliable service.

You will read electrical and hydraulic schematics, perform troubleshooting, and deliver strong customer service with clear communication. Independent work and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

Read electrical schematics and hydraulic schematics to diagnose faults.
Perform repairs, diagnostics, inspections, and preventive maintenance on a diverse equipment fleet.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
Follow safety, quality control, and environmental protection procedures.
Operate tools and equipment confidently and work independently.

Responsibilities
