Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Field Service Technician in New York City to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment. You will manage customer communications, perform installations and upgrades, and stay current with equipment changes.

The role requires strong electro-mechanical skills and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should have a background in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering, plus related certifications.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and make repairs
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or down system situations
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades or engineering changes
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training, report any job site accidents
