Job summary

Guardian-Fueling-Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot electro‑mechanical problems, install equipment, and perform unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance based on customer demand. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.

Responsibilities include analyzing breakdowns, maintaining van and inventory, following safety procedures, and documenting time and repairs with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years mechanical and electrical experience
• Excellent people skills and verbal communication are required
• Ability to read schematics and manuals and work with customer teams

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro‑mechanical problems and perform installations
• Carry out unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Open/close work orders and document repairs accurately
• Maintain tools, inventory, and service van; ensure safety rules are followed
• Provide professional customer service and clear communications with customers
