Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a field service technician to install, service, and maintain electromechanical equipment in the assigned territory. You will respond to customer calls, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot systems with a focus on rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, technicians, and supervisors, and traveling as needed to service sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within territory.
• Authorized to work in the US and local candidate to the area.
• Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance work, and system overhauls.
• Act as a first-line response to customers.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner.
• Organize and triage customer issues.
