Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years mechanical and electrical experience
• Excellent people skills and verbal communication required
• Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and understand service manuals
• Must possess valid driver's license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots electro-mechanical problems and performs necessary repairs
• Installs equipment and conducts scheduled maintenance per policy
• Follows safety rules and disposes of hazardous waste properly
• Opens/Closes work orders and documents time and repairs
• Maintains van, tools, and inventory for service calls
• Travels to customer sites and ensures customer satisfaction
