Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Field Technician in the United States to assist in start-up commissioning, integration, emergency service, and troubleshooting of 480VAC bus duct systems. You’ll maintain customer rapport and communicate with CRC, Supervisors, and managers throughout assignments.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of electrical experience, basic electrical theory knowledge, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
ASMET certification preferred.
1+ year hands-on electrical experience.
Basic knowledge of electrical testing equipment and fundamentals.
MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills required.

Responsabilités

A Field Technician assists in start-up commissioning, integration, emergency service and troubleshooting of Vertiv 480VAC iMPB, HPB, TOB and communications.
Establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with customers, co-workers, and sales representatives.
Evaluate operating conditions of equipment.
Interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
Manage own schedule with self-motivation.
Respond to emergency calls at customer requests.
Strive for a first-time fix for equipment.
Provide accurate and timely communication to customers.
Adhere to safety policies and report timecards/expenses.
Drive Continuous Improvement.
