Schneider Electric’s Field Service Representatives perform assembly, startup, diagnostic and preventive maintenance on equipment at customer sites in the United States. The role emphasizes problem-solving, customer focus and safety.

You’ll receive full product and tool training, company vehicles, devices, and a structured onboarding program. The position is site-based with occasional nonstandard hours; a 40-hour guarantee plus overtime is typical.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or technical cert in electrical-related discipline.
• Experience with electrical power systems and blueprints/schematics.
• 2+ years in field service repair and customer service with UPS, power distribution, or switchgear.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Troubleshoot with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Complete field service reports and data sheets.
• Coordinate with management to resolve escalated issues.
• Engage in ongoing product and tool training.
