DNOW is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver reliable on-site service and strong customer support. You will manage installation, maintenance, and repairs, diagnose issues, and generate detailed service reports while coordinating with the technical team.

The role requires a high school diploma, solid communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment. You must be able to work flexible shifts, operate field automation systems, and build positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent in work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in oral and written communications.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
• Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings within capabilities.
