The Fi Company - Las Vegas is seeking a Field Services Technician to install, service, and maintain our digital and visual merchandising displays at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform testing, and coordinate with customers to minimize downtime.

This role requires up to 75% travel in Nevada, flexibility for overtime, and strict adherence to safety and OSHA procedures. You will log hours and service details, and rely on strong technical and customer-service skills.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• 1–5 years of field or similar experience.
• Able to read flow charts, manuals, and technical docs for installation and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, and maintain digital and visual merchandising displays.
• Troubleshoot equipment and components to determine causes and fixes.
• Train employees or subcontractors on proper installation techniques.
