Job summary

SmartSource in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced AV Field Service Technician to deliver on-site audio-visual support for live events, meetings, and trade shows. You will pull, prep, configure, stage, set up, operate, and strike rental technology with professionalism.

You must manage equipment, troubleshoot in real time, lead on-site teams as needed, and travel to client sites, including overnight stays. LED tile wall experience is a plus, and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of AV support experience, preferably at live corporate events.
Proficient in setting up and operating AV components and troubleshooting under event pressure.
Strong customer service and communication skills with professional on-site presence.

Responsibilities

Pull, prep, configure, and stage AV equipment to client specifications.
QC inbound AV equipment before return to stock.
Transport, set up, and operate audio and video gear for meetings, presentations, and events.
Set up and troubleshoot audio/video systems for breakout rooms, sessions, and booths.
Lead on-site teams and provide on-site leadership as needed.
Travel to client and event sites, including overnight travel.
