Job summary

Northeast Energy Systems (NES) and Western Energy Systems (WES), a division of INNIO Jenbacher, seek a technically skilled Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance and engine repairs at customer sites in Pennsylvania. You will diagnose issues and use diagnostics tools to keep engines running efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical experience, can read schematics, works well in a team, is willing to travel and participate in on-call shifts, and communicates

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical experience with engines or heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, schematics and diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting engine issues in field settings.
• Excellent communication via phone and email; collaborates with teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and engine repairs at customer sites.
• Read, interpret and apply technical diagrams and manuals.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose engine problems using diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with customers and NES/WES teams to ensure service quality.
• Travel to customer sites including overnight trips as needed.
