Job summary

INNIO Group in the United States is seeking a maintenance technician with strong mechanical experience in automotive, power generation, heavy equipment, or diesel engines to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

The role requires teamwork, reading diagrams, and basic computer skills; travel including overnight stays is expected. On-site work in non-climate-controlled conditions with a focus on safety and reliability.

• Experience in technical issue resolution and field service support.

Responsibilities

• Must have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines.
• Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, valve adjustments, lubrication, and equipment checks).
• Experience using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
• Read and interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and repair engines; work well as part of a team.
• Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions; travel including overnight travel.
