Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with OEM data center hardware and ability to grasp new products quickly.
• Prior field service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting; CompTIA A+ and Server+ preferred.
• Willing to participate in after hours, on-call rotation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite diagnostic, repair and analysis for data center hardware within a defined territory.
• Analyze software/hardware logs and perform remote diagnosis as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage parts within service area.
• Complete audit forms, timesheets and expense reports; participate in team meetings.
