Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support data center hardware onsite across a regional territory. You will diagnose, repair and test servers, storage devices and SAN equipment, traveling to customer sites within a 120-mile radius.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 4pm–1am, with on-call rotation. You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background screens as part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Experience with OEM data center hardware and troubleshooting.
• CompTIA A+ and Server+ certifications preferred.
• Relevant field service experience and ability to work off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service needs with timely, professional support.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repair, and installation at customer sites.
• Manage inventory and parts, and document service activities.
