Job summary

Park Place Technologies, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support on-site and remote diagnostics across a regional territory. The role focuses on hardware servicing, diagnostic analysis, and SLA-driven support with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Travel up to 75% within assigned territory is required, with on-call rotation after hours. The ideal candidate has OEM data center hardware experience and solid troubleshooting skills, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Experience with OEM data center hardware and servers.
Availability for after-hours on-call rotation.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
Ability to travel within territory up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Customer Support: respond to customer service needs and maintain satisfaction.
Inventory/Parts: determine needed parts and quantities per contracts and manage counts.
Administrative: complete audit forms, timesheets, and expense reports.
Analyze, diagnose, and repair data center hardware and SAN configurations.
Perform remote diagnosis and on-site repairs within SLA terms.
