Job summary

Park Place Technologies, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site diagnostic and repair services for data center hardware across a regional territory. You will diagnose system failures, perform testing, and coordinate with the customer and support teams to restore service according to SLA.

The role requires travel up to 120 miles, driving your own vehicle with travel reimbursements, and after-hours availability for on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hardware knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to a 120-mile radius for service calls.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite diagnostic and analysis support for data center hardware.
• Respond to customer issues per SLA and perform repair tasks.
• Diagnose and repair data center hardware and storage systems.
• Coordinate with support center and customers during repairs.
• Maintain accurate travel, parts and time documentation.
