Mission Critical Group (MCG) is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical power distribution, control, and generation systems at customer sites. The role requires extensive travel, strong safety discipline, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years field service or troubleshooting experience with electrical power systems or industrial equipment.
• Experience in power generation, utilities, or industrial environments preferred.
• Familiarity with PLC platforms (AB, Siemens, Schneider) preferred.
• Proficient reading of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation, testing, calibration, and maintenance of HV/MV electrical equipment and control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, control, PLC, generator, switchgear, and distribution systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and uptime.
• Diagnose root causes using drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide on-call support as assigned.
