M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support Critical Power and UPS maintenance across government, institutional and commercial sites.

The role requires on-site visits, 24/7 availability on call, and hands-on work with test equipment to inspect, test, and certify power systems. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely execution, perform preventative maintenance, and document field reports while upholding company standards and

Competenze

• AA/BS degree in Electrical and/or Electronics.
• 5+ years UPS, battery, and power equipment experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Knowledge of NEC and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic laptop use.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness for on-call and travel.

Mansioni

• Travel daily to customer sites for on-site service.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call availability when not on PTO.
• Install and repair static switches, PDUs, and related power systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Complete field reports, time sheets and expense reports.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain client communications.
• Maintain equipment and documents per company standards.
