Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience is preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience servicing office equipment such as copiers and printers; Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, or HP experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic networking and computer systems.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability (company vehicle eligibility based on driving record).

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime by quick, effective repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on copiers, printers, and related devices.
• Diagnose technical issues from customer feedback and data.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.
• Complete service documentation accurately including parts and meters.
• Travel as needed.
