Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair office technology equipment at customer sites across Hudson, FL. You’ll install, configure, and test copiers, printers, and multifunction devices while delivering exemplary customer service.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team focused on keeping offices running

Qualifications

• Minimum mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and on-site technical support.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while staying connected to a service team.
• Continue expanding knowledge of office technology and service procedures.
