Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an Intermediate Field Technician to operate compressor packages, gas processes, and rental equipment. You will support location policies, provide diagnostic input, and assist other field roles as needed.

Required are a high school diploma, experience with compression equipment, and strong electrical troubleshooting skills. The role requires 24/7 coverage, travel, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SSE program completion plus 1–2 years in an entry level Field Technician role preferred.
• 3+ years compression/production/equipment experience and/or training.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills required.
• Cat, Waukesha, Ariel certifications preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Directs, coordinates, and performs job activities per Kodiak procedures and objectives.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls and operation.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Communicates parts inventory needs to Supply Chain to ensure adequate parts.
• Achieve 98% or better mechanical availability and report results.
• Attend and follow all HSE protocols and maintain equipment condition.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and participate in on-call rotations.
