Job summary

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is hiring a Service Technician to service commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems. You’ll typically perform two to three field calls daily at cafes and hotels, reading diagrams, testing with a multimeter, and communicating findings clearly to customers.

After training, you’ll work from home with a company vehicle, handle parts receiving, and use ServiceTitan to organize tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience expected (e.g., electrical, plumbing, appliance work)
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams
• Familiarity with multimeter and diagnostic processes

Responsibilities

• Perform two to three field service calls daily at cafes, hotels, and hospitality accounts
• Take voltage, resistance, capacitance readings and document results
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams
• Identify outlet configurations and plumbing thread types; fabricate adapters as needed
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment with attention to detail
• Locate parts using diagrams and machine docs
• Write thorough service notes with clear language
• Organize tasks/time using ServiceTitan
• Translate technical findings into plain customer language
• Taste coffee after repairs to verify output
