Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to service commercial coffee equipment across the South-Central US. You will perform field repairs on espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems, with training and a company vehicle after onboarding.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, documentation, and customer communication. Expect 30–60 hours weekly, benefits after 90 days, and a pay range of $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience (home electrical, plumbing, appliance work)
• Familiarity with a multimeter is recommended
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record is required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use required apps on a smartphone
• Secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx/UPS

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 field service calls daily at cafes, hotels, and commercial accounts
• Measure readings (voltage, resistance, capacitance) with a multimeter
• Read electrical/hydraulic diagrams; identify configurations and fabricate adapters
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment with attention to detail
• Maintain service notes; organize tasks with ServiceTitan
• Explain technical findings to customers in plain language
• Taste coffee post-repair to verify output
