Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to repair and service commercial coffee equipment across national accounts. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical skills, diagnostic accuracy, and clear customer communication.

You’ll work from home after training with a company vehicle, visiting cafes and hospitality sites, and using ServiceTitan to manage calls. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience is required.
• Familiarity with a multimeter is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 field service calls daily at cafes, hotels and hospitality accounts.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams and use a multimeter.
• Identify part numbers and fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment with close attention to detail.
• Document service notes clearly and professionally.
• Organize tasks using ServiceTitan, the field service platform.
• Explain technical findings in plain language to customers.
• Taste coffee after repairs to verify proper machine output.
