CCR Beverage Solutions in Galveston, TX is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to service commercial coffee machines at client sites. You will diagnose, repair, and calibrate equipment, using a multimeter and reference diagrams while maintaining clear service notes and customer communication.

No formal background is required, but hands-on repair experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and a reliable smartphone are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical or mechanical repair experience preferred.
• No formal degree required, but practical aptitude is essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Reliable smartphone and a secure address for parts deliveries are needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, and continuity.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes, and build adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care.
• Refer to parts diagrams for part numbers and update service notes.
• Manage tickets and time through ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings clearly to customers in plain language.
• Taste coffee to confirm machines are dialed in after repair.
