Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Katy, Texas is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician who fixes machines at commercial accounts. You will use a multimeter, read electrical and hydraulic diagrams, and document service notes clearly.

Two to three service calls daily; you’ll manage tickets in ServiceTitan, handle parts and inventory, and communicate findings to customers. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and a willingness to travel to accounts are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle 2–3 service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Use a multimeter to measure electrical readings and read diagrams to trace faults.
• Disassemble/reassemble components with care and reference parts diagrams.
• Write clear service notes and manage tickets in ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings to customers in plain language and ensure proper documentation.
