Job summary

Meisystem Asia Ltd. is seeking a field service technician to install, calibrate and maintain CNC machinery at customer sites. You will troubleshoot and diagnose electromechanical issues, while ensuring high-quality customer service and technical support.

This role requires 2+ years in CNC maintenance, familiarity with PLCs, blueprints, and C++ concepts. Availability for up to 70% travel and a valid driver's license is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates/certifications in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Automotive (mechatronics) or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience.
• 2+ years working knowledge of modern CNC machinery.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic components and power tools in CNC industry.
• Ability to read blueprints & schematic diagrams; knowledge of PLCs and C++ concepts.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine installation, preventive maintenance & training at the customer site.
• Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose & resolve customer/equipment issues.
• Maintain a high degree of professional customer service for all interactions.
• Travel up to 70% by flight/car; provide technical remote support when not traveling.
• Attend shows and exhibitions as technical support for installation of machines.
