Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to service controlled environment equipment and cleanrooms at customer sites in the Minneapolis area. You will perform installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in electrical/mechanical field service, strong math skills, and a valid driver's license. Travel 40-50% Mon-Fri, with occasional out-of-town assignments; safety and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high integrity with strong work ethic and professionalism.
• At least 2 years of electrical/mechanical field service experience.
• Proficient in basic mathematics and precise instruction follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance testing, certification, maintenance and repair/troubleshooting of controlled environment equipment and cleanrooms.
• Service at customer sites and visit multiple customers in a day with excellent customer service.
• Interface with customers to ensure safety, reliability and satisfaction.
