Job summary

MBRAUN Incorporated in Stratham, New Hampshire, seeks a full-time Service Technician to install and service MBRAUN products across the Northeastern United States and Canada. Travel to client sites is required, with 75-80% travel anticipated.

Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, customer-service mindset, and ability to document activities are essential. Experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with related technical skills and professionalism will be considered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge relevant to service work and installations.
• High School Diploma; additional technical training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install new systems at customer sites and train users.
• Maintain and repair existing systems; troubleshoot issues on site or remotely.
• Create customer quotes for spare parts and service; document installation reports and travel paperwork.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain good relations with clients.
