Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical College degree with 2+ years field service in a regulated or medical setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and solid PC/network knowledge.
• Ability to travel 4–5 days per week and work independently.
• Clinical experience in hospitals or medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site equipment installations, maintenance checks, and repairs following Laborie policies.
• Analyze root causes, troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies, and repair components.
• Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and document tasks clearly.
• Stay updated on Laborie product lines and industry technologies.
• Arrange travel for scheduled visits while meeting service levels.
