Minnesota Medical Specialists is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, maintain and repair biomedical systems and equipment, including lab, clinical, dental, therapeutic and diagnostic devices. The role emphasizes hardware, components, modules and circuit boards, with duties ranging from calibration to preventive maintenance.

Travel is required for most on-site repairs, with occasional overnight/multiday visits.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair biomedical equipment across mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and schematics; interpret electrical systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and end users, on-site or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, align, and calibrate medical & laboratory equipment.
• Travel to perform on-site repairs; some overnight trips possible.
• Document work in digital CMMS and log times/materials.
