ZEISS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate advanced measuring instruments at customer sites in the Knoxville, TN region. After training, you will travel extensively within your region (70-90%) to support customers and ensure instrument performance.

You will work hands-on with high-tech CMMs, document service activities, and represent ZEISS in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or technical degree in electronics or industrial mechanics.
• Experience with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.
• Able and willing to work minimum of 50 hours per work week and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate measuring instruments at customer sites.
• Travel to customer sites within your region (70-90% travel).
• Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
• Learn and apply skills on high-tech CMMs with mechanical and electronic aptitude.
• Represent ZEISS in a fast-paced, innovative environment while working independently.
