Overview

We are seeking experienced or entry-level technicians to join a global manufacturing company as Field Service Engineers. This full-time, direct-hire role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge industrial machinery, travel across the US (and occasionally internationally), and enjoy weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and service high-precision blow molding machinery at customer sites
• Train plant staff on equipment operation and maintenance
• Read schematics and manuals to resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address field problems
• Maintain detailed service reports and accurate job records

Candidate Profile

• Recent engineering graduates (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or technicians with 3+ years’ experience in machinery
• Proficient in reading schematics and troubleshooting complex equipment
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license required

Travel & Schedule

• 60–70% travel, primarily domestic, with some international assignments
• Paid travel time from home to destination
• Weekends off; opportunity to fly home or explore

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60K–$80K + per diem + paid travel time + overtime (1.5x)
• Daily meal per diem during travel
• 100% paid medical insurance for employee; 70% for dependents

• Direct hire position, not contract
